Claims process - Surgery insurance
It's easy to make a claim with Towergate MIA. Our highly
experienced in-house claims team will support you throughout.
What to do
- As soon as possible, give us a call on 01438 739
731 for immediate advice
- Download and complete the claim
form. Get estimates for repairs where possible and return these
to us
- If your claim is under £500 we can usually authorise it over
the phone, with no need to fill in any forms
- We will then authorise repairs or pay you the value of your
claim
It may be necessary for us to appoint a specialist surveyor‚ in
which case the costs will be met by your insurer.
Case study
Just after the start of last year's flu season‚ Dr K's surgery
experienced a fridge breakdown resulting in the loss of necessary
vaccines. The Practice Manager called us and we were able to
immediately authorise their replacement and a cheque for £1‚500 was
sent to the practice within just a few days.
