Renewing
Renewing your insurance cover couldn't be easier. You should
receive your renewal documents from us around 3-4 weeks prior to
your renewal date. At which point, simply call us on 01438
739 739 and we will take you through it step by step in
minutes. Please help us by having your client reference or policy
number handy.
Payment methods
We offer a number of payment methods to suit you:
- Credit or debit card (please note a handling fee may be charged
for credit cards)
- Monthly instalments by direct debit
- Cheque
- Bank transfer
Important information on your renewal
Each year we base your renewal and the premium on the
information you have provided to us. If your circumstances or
anything relating to your policy changes, please make sure you let
us know.
If any "material facts" change, this may affect your policy, the
premium due and can also affect the amount you receive in the event
of a claim.
Material facts can include:
- Changes to the value of your property and/or contents
- Changes to the procedures you undertake
- Modifications to any vehicles
- Change of address
- A complaint or disciplinary action from a regulatory body
This list is not exhaustive, if you are unsure whether a fact is
material or not, please notify us anyway and we can advise you
whether it will affect your premium or the policy.
