practice ever have to claim. However, if the worst happens, we
aim to ensure that reporting a claim is hassle-free
- and handled as quickly as possible.
Office hours service
Our claims department is available Monday to
Friday, 8am to 6pm. Call them on 01438

Out-of-hours service
Immediate support outside of office hours
is always available if you need to make a claim.
Emergency Assistance - for
help arranging repairs in connection with a domestic emergency in
your home i.e. burst pipes, blocked drains or glass breakages,
please call 0117 934 2168.
Large Losses (over £5,000)
- for greater losses likely to exceed
£5,000 - either residential or commercial premises - call
the 24-hour loss recovery team on 0207 469
5555 for assistance.
Motor Assistance – in the
event of a motor car accident, please call the 24 hour Towergate
Assist helpline on 0800 980 3900. The team will
take your accident location details, notify your insurer and make
arrangements for your vehicle to be recovered (if necessary).
