What to do if you need to make a claim
- As soon as possible, give us a call on 01438 739
731 for immediate advice
- Download and complete the claim
form, get estimates for repairs where possible and return these
to us
- We will then authorise repairs or pay you the value of your
claim
It may be necessary for us to appoint a specialist surveyor, in
which case the costs will be met by your insurer.
