As a member of the British Association for Immediate Care, you
have specialist insurance needs that may not be met by standard,
non specialist insurance. At Towergate MIA we understand your needs
may be different and have designed a policy to ensure you and your
vehicle are properly protected when responding to an emergency
incident.
Towergate MIA are specialist insurance providers and have a
bespoke motor policy for BASICS and BASICS Scotland members
including doctors and paramedics.
The partnership was started in 2006 to provide a solution to the
problem of inadequate motor insurance faced by many BASICS
members.

We donate to BASICS when you buy
For every motor insurance policy that a BASICS or BASICS
Scotland member buys through Towergate MIA, BASICS or BASICS
Scotland receive a £25 donation. Since the partnership began, we
have been able to donate over £2,000 to help BASICS or BASICS
Scotland provide emergency response care.
